Katie Raher, PhD, PPS, LEP

Dr. Katie Raher, PhD, PPS, LEP is the Founder and CEO of Constant Love and Learning, creator of the WholeHEARTed philosophy and the RISE Journey, an award-winning teacher turned School Psychologist, a Licensed Educational Psychologist (#4696), a Pause Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Lead Kimochis Certified Trainer. Dr. Katie partners with schools and districts to build WholeHEARTed cultures where regulated, resilient educators tap into the brilliance of every child in the building. Drawing on the Neurosequential Model, CASEL research, attachment theory, and resilience science, she brings brain-aligned professional development and consulting that helps schools regulate first, so every educator and child can learn, grow, and thrive. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we take care of the adults, we take care of the kids, and when educators are rooted and resourced, everything grows.
