About Constant Love and Learning

We Built This Because We Have Been Where Your Educators Are

Constant Love and Learning offers brain-aligned, heart-centered professional learning, psychological services, and consulting rooted in an evidence-based, foundational belief: when you genuinely resource the adults in a school, every child in that building feels it.

HOW CONSTANT LOVE AND LEARNING BEGAN

Every educator has a moment. The one where the gap between what they are giving and what they have left finally becomes impossible to ignore. For Dr. Katie, it happened in 2016, in an IEP meeting, in a way she has never forgotten.

She was voiceless. Literally. Her voice had been gone for weeks and she was using text-to-voice to communicate. She was hungry because she hadn't had time to eat. She had a headache that had become so familiar she had stopped noticing it. And she needed to use the bathroom in a way that could no longer be ignored.

She was in a meeting designed to support a child's needs while every one of her own most basic needs was completely unmet.

That was the moment something shifted.

Not immediately. Not cleanly. But that meeting became the crack in the wall that let the light in. Because sitting there, voiceless and depleted in a room full of people trying to help a child, Katie finally understood something she had been too busy to see: you cannot pour from an empty cup. And she had not just run dry. She had been running on fumes for years.

The compassion fatigue was real. The burnout was real. The chronic illness, the anxiety, the slow disappearance of the joy that had brought her into this work in the first place. All of it was real. And none of it had been addressed, because in education, we do not talk about that. We push through. We show up. We put the children first, which too often means putting ourselves last, until there is nothing left.

Katie found her way back through community, neuroscience, somatic practice, and the kind of deep, sustained support she had never been offered inside the system she gave everything to. And as she healed, she looked around and realized that every educator around her was running on empty too.

So she built something designed to change that. Not just for individuals. For whole schools. Because if one regulated, resourced educator can change the experience of every child in their care, imagine what becomes possible when an entire school is supported that way.

That is what Constant Love and Learning is for.

What We Believe

Our WholeHEARTed  Philosophy

Everything we do is animated by five core values rooted in H.E.A.R.T. Together they form the WholeHEARTed philosophy that runs through every workshop, every consultation, every partnership.

💗HUMANE

We begin with deep regard for the full humanity of every adult and child. This work is not about optimization or performance metrics. It is about restoring the people who give everything to this work every day, honoring the wholeness and inherent worth of every person in the building, and creating spaces where every educator and child feels genuinely seen, heard, and valued.

đź’—EMBODIED

We do not just teach about nervous systems. We work through them. Every experience begins in the body, because that is where regulation lives and where real change begins. We bravely go first, as the adults in the room, prioritizing our own well-being and emotional intelligence so we can pave the way for the children we support.

đź’—AWARE

We believe awareness is the beginning of transformation. When educators understand what is happening inside them and why, patterns that have felt fixed begin to shift. We embody a love of lifelong learning, staying on the cutting edge of neuroscience, resilience, and educational research so that what we bring into schools is always grounded in what actually works.

đź’—RELATIONAL

Connection is the foundation of everything. Regulation happens in relationship. Learning happens in relationship. The most powerful intervention available in any school is a safe, trusting, genuinely caring adult. We anchor all of our work in meaningful relationships and shared wisdom, because no one should ever have to do this work alone.

đź’—TRANSFORMATIVE

We are not here to help educators cope better with a broken system. We are here to help them, and their schools, genuinely change. Individual transformation is powerful. Collective transformation is lasting. When well-being becomes embedded in the culture of a school, the ripple reaches every child, every family, every community connected to that building.

Underneath all five values is a single elevating force: connection. It is what makes nervous systems feel safe enough to heal. It is what makes classrooms feel safe enough to learn. And it is what makes this work, when done well, last far beyond any single program or person.

Our Methodology:

The RISE Journey

Constant Love and Learning's work moves through the RISE Journey: Regulate, Illuminate, Sustain, Elevate. It is not a checklist. It is the arc every school moves through at their own pace, in their own way, with our team alongside them at every step. RISE runs underneath every pathway, every workshop, every psychological service, every consulting engagement we do.

Who've Been Where You've Been

The Constant Love and Learning team brings together educators, school-based clinicians, and educational leaders who have all lived the reality of schools from the inside. What unites us is not just our credentials. It is that we have all been where your educators are, and we have all found our way through. Because we've seen change happen within ourselves, leading to the most transformational shifts within those we serve.

We know these kinds of shifts are possible for all WITH SUPPORT.

...and we've got you!
