Every child in your building is shaped by the well-being, wisdom, and regulation of the adult standing in front of them.
Â
That is not a burden. That is the most powerful lever you have and where we come in.
We partner with schools and districts to build WholeHEARTed cultures where regulated, resilient educators tap into the resilience and brilliance of every child.
You have watched your staff give everything they have. You have seen what happens when there is nothing left to give. And you have probably tried things before, a new program here, a PD workshop there, that helped for a moment but did not hold.
What your school needs is not another program. It is a partner who understands that you cannot separate the well-being of your adults from the learning of your children. That regulation is not a detour from instruction. That the most powerful thing you can do for your students is resource the humans delivering their education every single day.
That is exactly what we are here to build with you.
The Philosophy Behind Everything We Do
With every educator, every child, and every school system we have the privilege of supporting, we are guided by our WholeHEARTed philosophy. This is not just a tagline. It is the lens through which we see our work.Â
Here's what's at the H.E.A.R.T. of our WholeHEARTed beliefs:
Â
đź’—H. Humane
We start with the dignity of every person in the building. Adults and children alike deserve to be seen, held, and supported as full human beings, not just as performers of a role.
đź’—E. Embodied
Well-being is not only cognitive. It lives in the nervous system, in the body, in the breath. We bring practices that work at that level, because regulation that does not reach the body does not stick.
đź’—A. Aware
We help educators and leaders develop the self-awareness and interoceptive literacy to understand their own patterns, internal states, and intentions, so they can respond rather than react, and teach others to do the same.
đź’—R. Relational
Everything that matters in schools happens in relationship. The quality of connection between adults, between educators and students, between leaders and staff, is the medium through which all growth and healing moves.
đź’—T. Transformative
We are not here to help schools cope better with broken conditions. We are here to help schools transform those conditions, at the individual, classroom, and systems levels.
This is the philosophy that runs underneath every workshop, every keynote, every consulting session, and every doable dose we offer.
You will feel it in the room before we ever name it.
How Transformation Actually Happens
Every school moves through the RISE framework.
Not always in a straight line. Think of it less as a checklist and more as a compass. A living map of how real, lasting change unfolds. Every step in the journey rooted in our WholeHEARTed philosophy.
R.
Regulate
Before anything else can shift, the nervous system has to feel safe. We begin every partnership by creating the conditions for regulation in your staff, your leadership, and the culture of your building. This is not a warm-up. It is the foundation. A regulated adult is a regulated classroom. A regulated classroom is where every child can finally learn.
I.
Illuminate
Once the nervous system feels safe, people can finally see clearly. This is where we bring the neuroscience, rooted in the Neurosequential Model, the resilience research, and the honest practice of reflection. We help educators see themselves and their students differently, not as problems to manage but as nervous systems doing exactly what nervous systems do under stress. Illuminate is the moment old patterns become visible, and something new becomes possible.
S.
Sustain
Insight without practice fades. We build sustainability into everything we do through doable doses, embedded rhythms, individualized well-being plans, and ongoing coaching that walks alongside your people through the backslides and hard seasons. We slowly hand the work back to you, building your internal capacity until the school knows how to keep rising long after we have stepped into the background.
E.
Elevate
This is where the work becomes visible in the data and in the hallways. Fewer behavior referrals. More engaged classrooms. Staff who stay. Students who feel safe enough to learn, grow, and reach their potential. When the adults are regulated, resourced, and resilient, the outcomes for kids follow. Not as a side effect. As a direct result. This is what brain-aligned schools look like when the roots finally go deep enough.
Three Pathways. One Coherent System.
Our work moves through three interconnected pathways, each designed to address a different dimension of what makes a school truly thrive. Schools can enter through any one of them. Most eventually find their way to all three. Every pathway draws on the full RISE journey and is animated by the WholeHEARTed philosophy throughout.
The Constant
Educator Well-Being and Resilience
Educators are the constant. The steady presence running through every child’s day, every colleague relationship, every thread of school culture. When they are running on depleted batteries, every child in the building feels it. When they are regulated, relationally attuned, and genuinely well, that ripples too, into every interaction, every lesson, every moment a child decides whether they belong here.
This pathway is dedicated entirely to filling those batteries. Not with surface-level wellness, but with evidence-based, neuroscience-informed practices that create genuine shifts in regulation, resilience, and capacity. We help your educators move from fatigued to fulfilled, from running on empty to showing up as the best of themselves, not just what is left of themselves.
When educators feel seen, supported, and genuinely well, they stay. They grow. They bring that energy into every room.
The Classroom
Brain-Aligned Teaching and SEL
A regulated educator with the right tools changes everything a child experiences inside four walls. But regulation alone is not enough. Educators also need to understand the neuroscience of how children learn, regulate, and build resilience, and they need practical, brain-aligned strategies they can actually use on a Tuesday morning when a student is falling apart and seventeen others are waiting.
That is the gap this pathway fills.
We equip your educators with the knowledge and tools to restructure what they offer children in ways that actually reach them. The classroom climate shifts. Instruction becomes more accessible. Children who have been hardest to reach, those carrying trauma histories, navigating neurodiversity, or facing complex needs, finally meet an adult who understands what their nervous system needs and knows how to build the bridge. Academic engagement follows naturally, because the conditions for learning finally exist.
The Culture
Leadership and Systems Transformation
Individual transformation is powerful. Systemic transformation is lasting.
The most well-resourced teacher still struggles in a system that is structurally exhausting. The most skilled PD facilitator cannot create lasting change in a culture that has not shifted around the work. This pathway addresses that reality directly.
We work alongside your leadership to examine and redesign the systems, structures, and practices that shape daily life in your school. We help you build collective care into the rhythm of how your school operates, reduce the organizational stressors that drive turnover and dysregulation, and create the conditions where regulation, resilience, and high expectations are not the exception. They are the norm.
This is where destination schools are built. Schools where educators choose to stay, where children choose to engage, and where the whole community feels the difference.
How We Work Together
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all, and we prefer not to live in the one-and-done lane.
Every partnership with Constant Love and Learning is built around what your school actually needs, where you are right now, what your actual logistics are, and what your budget can support.

Words from the field
Educators. Leaders. Breathers. All of them, whole.
Your lessons have been the most loving, refreshing, and liberating. Thank you for inviting me to look into myself with love, respect, and grace so that I can really listen to the voice I so very often shut down and neglect. I have learned to understand and accept myself, to speak up for my needs, and love myself unselfishly, in ways that others can also feel inspired and free to do so.

I love even just the short live sessions. They can be so powerful and just so grounding! You always seem to align the themes with what I'm working on personally. I don't know how you do it, but I appreciate it so much.

The founder of this program was warm, relatable, genuine, empathetic, gentle, and kept a "just right" pace. I love how she gave enough time for each experience, allowing space for true inner quiet — one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves.

This came at exactly the right time in my career. Instead of feeling like switching out of school psychology entirely, I went from overwhelmed and frazzled in my daily life to calm and able to handle stressful situations with more ease.
