Experience mindfulness and breathwork practices to reset your nervous system and create more of the well-being you desire and deserve.

Optional time after the breathwork will be available to connect with fellow heart-centered educators and feel heard, seen, and understood in your common humanity.

Who will be holding space for the community?

Dr. Katie Raher, Founder and CEO of Constant Love and Learning, will lead you in these experiences. She is an award-winning teacher turned School Psychologist on a mission to tap into the wisdom within every educator and in turn every child. She helps heart-centered educators and change makers cultivate well-being, emotional intelligence, and resilience within themselves, the children they serve, and their larger systems, so they can sustainably create impact while honoring their health, happiness, and wholeness.
