Hello, dear educator! I'm Katie, a teacher turned School Psychologist and a fellow time-crunched, deeply passionate educator. After spending the first 15 years of my career buying into the narrative that a "good" educator puts everyone's needs ahead of their own, I had an epic physical and mental health crash and burn about 5 years ago, and it woke me up to the need to finally prioritize my own needs. After finding my own way back to well-being through a deep dive into the research and my intuitive wisdom, and after realizing how neglected educator well-being was at large, I was called to change things. And here I am, the Founder of Constant Love and Learning, here to help you and other educators nurture the kind of self-love, SELf-care, resilience, and well-being that you deserve and desire! I can't wait to lead you on this weeklong transformational experience!
