Who is Katie?

Teacher turned School Psych and Founder of Constant Love and Learning, Dr. Katie Raher is dedicated to bringing more positive feelings to schools through educator SELf-care, social emotional learning, and other effective educational practices and systems.

Why educator SELf-care? After working to the bone for nearly 15 years and no one focusing on educator well-being as a vital piece of success with students or the capacity to stay in the field without burning out, Katie's health crashed and burned. Katie dug into the science and learned all the practical wisdom possible - and is constantly on the learning journey - so she can thrive and bring the best of herself rather than what's left of herself into her work in schools. She loves to support other educators in doing the same so they can make the kind of impact they've always envisioned. 

When not supporting educators, she loves to laugh with her math teacher hubby and two kids, play card games, and have dance parties in the kitchen.
