Who is Katie?

Teacher turned School Psych and Founder of Constant Love and Learning, Dr. Katie Raher is dedicated to bringing more positive feelings to schools through educator SELf-care, social emotional learning, and other effective educational practices and systems.

Why educator SELf-care? After working to the bone for nearly 15 years and never prioritizing her own well-being, Katie's health crashed and burned. Katie had never been taught about educator self-care through all her years of education and PD, so she dug into the science and learned all the practical wisdom possible - and is constantly on the learning journey - so she could find her way back to well-being and bring the best of herself rather than what's left of herself into her work in schools. She now loves to support other educators in doing the same so they too can make the kind of impact they've always envisioned.

When not supporting educators, she loves to laugh with her math teacher hubby and two kids, play card games, and have dance parties in the kitchen.
